The last week has continued to be hectic. I’ve been juggling several tasks to try to wrap up some contract work before I start full-time at Daz. I submitted the first alpha version of the merged Daz Bridges library, including DazBridge-Unity and DazBridge-Unreal. Once I get approval, I’ll post the repository links for those plugins.
My current work schedule and deadlines are probably going to prevent me from working on side projects for the next 2-3 weeks. After that, I plan on implementing a few yaluxplug features and work on the Centaur Forest level design. I’ve set up OBS on my development machine and will try to a weekly developer livestream so you can see what I’m working on.
If you are an indie game developer, you might be interested in Humble Bundle’s current Software Bundle for Synty Studios’ Polygon Game Dev Assets. Although I have some of the packs in that bundle already, paying $25 just to get the Polygon Sci-Fi Space Pack (MSRP $119.99) alone is worth it. One important point about this bundle: you redeem the packs at the SyntyStore instead of the Unity or Unreal asset stores. The benefit is you get assets for both Unreal and Unity, but if you really like the convenience of having all your assets viewable and downloadable directly from Unreal/Unity Asset Stores, you may want to think twice.
